Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@bijucollective.com with your order number and photos.

BIJÜ is crafted in small batches with care — slight variations are part of the experience and not considered defects.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so this allows us to quickly review the situation and ensure it's resolved seamlessly.

In the event that an incorrect candle size or fragrance is sent, please let us know. There's no need to return the item - consider it a gift from us to enjoy or share. A refund for the incorrect item will be issued.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like roller ball perfumes, personal care goods (such as soaps), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
